Refund policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Free returns: we cover the cost of return shipping.

Eligibility: the product must be in its original condition, with its original accessories and packaging.

How to return an item: email us at contact@veltronshop.com with your order number. We will send you the instructions and the return address.

Refund: once we have received the returned product, you will be refunded to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after receipt.

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace it or refund you.
